Shipping policy

At DLADY, we are committed to delivering your skincare and beauty essentials safely and  conveniently across Pakistan. We process every order carefully and work with trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience. 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch 

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been 
dispatched, you will receive your shipment tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

 
2. Delivery Time in Pakistan 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery times are: 
* Major Cities: 2–4 business days 
* Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days 
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, courier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. 

3. Shipping Charges 

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee will apply. The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) 

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. When placing a COD order, please make sure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the package and make the payment. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available. You can use the tracking details to monitor your order’s delivery status. 

6. Delivery Delays 

While DLADY works to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to 
courier-related issues, adverse weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, our customer support team will be happy to assist you with shipment tracking and delivery related concerns. 

7. Important Shipping Information 

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are accurate when placing your order. Providing correct information helps us avoid unnecessary delivery delays and ensures your DLADY order reaches you successfully.
